Lewis & Partners was established in 1994 by Steven Lewis & Matthew Clarke as a niche, boutique investment agency, creating a wealth of knowledge and experience, through numerous property cycles, whilst simultaneously developing meaningful and trusted relationships.  

Recognised as extremely capable in connecting institutional investors and private equity clients directly with private investors, and vice versa, has proven to be an incredibly successful formula for Lewis & Partners, over many years.

Historically, the focus has been on disposals and acquisitions within the core commercial sectors of offices, industrial and retail. The evolution of the company into the Living & Alternative sectors has been an integral part of embracing the future, to offer a complete advisory service and take care of all of our clients’ needs.
