Established in 1994, Lewis & Partners is a London based, property advisory agency specialising in the commercial investment market. With over 60 years combined experience, the partners have driven the business to be focused on finding strategic and creative solutions to our clients╩╝ property requirements. We provide a successful, unique approach to the sales process and work to find innovative solutions to acquisitions.

JOINT VENTURES

One of our key strengths lies in identifying and establishing successful partnerships. Some examples are two joint ventures created for Tony Khalastchi with The William Pears Group and LaSalle Investment Management which have resulted in multiple transactions of significant value. More recently, we initiated a collaboration between Regal London, the residential developer, with the global investment firm KKR. In addition, we have set up joint ventures for British Land, AXA, Aviva and U+I PLC to name but a few; and we are always on the look-out for the next potential opportunity.

DEVELOPMENT

Utilising our thorough understanding of the process, we have acted across the sector on numerous successful developments. An example of which is SoCo, a unique hotel, retail and commercial site in Edinburgh╩╝s Old Town, with the developer Jansons Property. We are currently advising on a number of schemes including hotels, student and mixed use developments.
