Lewis & Partners advised Invesco Real Estate on the acquisition of a Student Development site in Moss Lane, Manchester. The site owned by Alumno benefits from a planning consent to develop a 261 bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) asset.

Construction is to start shortly with a target completion date of Q3 2026. Pricing for the site was circa £9m with the end GDV of the development totalling circa £70m.
