Steven is a founding partner of Lewis & Partners and deals with all sectors across the UK commercial investment market.
He started his career in management at Edward Erdman in 1982 but within 2 years had moved to commercial investment at Hirshfields, where he later met Ben and Matthew. By 1987 he was heading up the department largely due to his “deal junkie” mentality, an attitude which continues until this day.
Steven has been responsible for setting up many of the joint ventures at Lewis & Partners; as well as developing the longstanding client relationships, predominantly with high net worth individuals, but increasingly with more fund managers and both public and private companies, in recent times.
Away from the office Steven’s main passions are his family – he is married with 4 children, his football team (Tottenham Hotspur) and his Jewish Community work. He is President of Jewish Care and served 9 years as Chairman. Jewish Care is the largest health and social care organisation serving the Jewish Community in London and the South East.
To keep fit he still plays football and tennis and to switch off from his busy life he practices yoga and meditation.
Matthew is a founding partner at Lewis & Partners and deals with all sectors across the UK commercial investment market.
Having started his career with CBRE, Matthew has worked at Norwich Union (now Aviva) and Hirshfields. Having been in the property market for around 30 years, Matthew has focused on strategic investment sales and opportunistic buying on behalf of a number of clients including Kames Capital, Aviva Investors, LaSalle Investment Management, KFIM, British Land Plc, Jansons Property; as well as numerous private investors. Matthew has worked on major development and funding projects in Heathrow, Brighton, Edinburgh, London, Chelmsford and in Southampton in the retail, hotel, student and mixed use sectors.
He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990, Matthew enjoys rugby, skiing, cycling and relaxing with his family and following the only team in Manchester ….Man City !
Stephen is a partner at Lewis & Partners and deals with all sectors across the UK commercial investment market.
Having qualified from Oxford Brookes University in 1995, Stephen started his career at Lewis and Partners, qualifying as a chartered surveyor and has been here in excess of 20 years, focusing on buying and selling commercial investments all over the UK on behalf of private clients, funds and property companies.
When not in the office Stephen can be found at home relaxing with his family or in the stands watching his beloved Arsenal. His favourite topic is reminding Spurs fans in the office of their lack of trophies!
Ben is a partner at Lewis & Partners and deals with all sectors across the UK commercial investment market.
Having started his career with Steven and Matthew at Hirshfields, he has 25 years commercial investment market experience. Ben has focused primarily on opportunistic buying on behalf of the full range of Lewis & Partners’ clients including funds, public companies, private investors and property companies.
Ben still enjoys playing football occasionally and relaxing (if you can call it that) with wife Donna and their four children. In the office Ben enjoys winding up his colleagues by supporting whichever football team is top of the league at the time as long as it’s not Tottenham, Arsenal or Manchester City!
Stephen is a partner at Lewis & Partners and deals with all sectors within the UK commercial investment & residential market.
Having graduated from Reading University in 2004 with a Bsc Honours Degree in Land Management, Stephen started his career at Lewis and Partners, qualifying as a chartered surveyor.
With over 15 years of experience in the commercial investment market, Stephen has been involved in a variety of opportunistic acquisitions & strategic disposals for a range of clients including UK funds, public companies, private investors and property companies.
Stephen has recently had to accept that he can no longer cling onto his youth by DJ-ing or playing football. Since then his focus has turned to the holy trinity of the love for his family, his love for food and his love for all sport (including an unhealthy adoration for Arsenal).
Sharon is responsible for creating and managing Lewis & Partners business processes and systems. Her varied role encompasses marketing, IT, accounts and HR; as well as attempting to keep Steven under control.
Sharon has a BA (Hons) in Business with Marketing and prior to joining Lewis & Partners worked in marketing for UNICEF and in Australia at the Commonwealth Bank and Westfield.
Sharon’s main interest outside of the office is her family, she is married with 3 children who take up most of her time. She enjoys travel, photography and yoga.
Joseph is an Associate Partner of Lewis & Partners and is a chartered surveyor with 10 years experience in the UK Commercial Investment Market.
During this time Joseph has built up an excellent knowledge base across all sectors of the UK property market working with various institutional, property company and private clients of the business, on numerous acquisitions and disposals.
In his spare time Joseph enjoys running, meditating, watching the mighty Tottenham Hotspur and is a keen photographer.
Jonathan joined Lewis & Partners in 2022 as Investment Surveyor focusing across the UK commercial investment market.
Prior to joining Lewis & Partners, Jonathan worked at Edward Charles & Partners, a niche central London office agency. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School and qualified as an MRICS Chartered Surveyor in 2022.
Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys football, exploring the countryside and cultural trips.
Rhiannon joined Lewis & Partners in 2010 as Team PA, assisting in the day to day administration and running of the office.
Rhiannon trained at the BRIT School and London School of Musical Theatre. Alongside acting she worked in an events department for an entertainment agency and then at William Morris Endeavour Entertainment, the leading talent agency, as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Television.
Outside of work Rhiannon loves the theatre, live music and exploring the Kent countryside with her young children.
