On behalf of a private investor Lewis & Partners acted on the sale of this prime retail and residential freehold investment in the heart of Camden High Street. A single let shop with a separate flat above it sold to a private investor for circa £3m, this was an off market transaction.

Lewis & Partners advised a private investor on the sale of Living Student in Cardiff, a 136 bed student accommodation asset. The property was direct let, with 100% occupancy for the upcoming academic year and was sold to Columbia Threadneedle, with pricing reflecting £13M and 6.25% NIY.

Lewis & Partners advised Invesco Real Estate on the structured forward funding, of this PBSA  development in Moss Lane, Manchester, opposite the University. The development will provide accommodation for 261 beds and is to be developed out by Alumno. 

Construction is to start shortly with a target completion date of Q2 2027 providing an end GDV of circa £75M.

Lewis & Partners advised a Private Family Trust on the sale of a Portfolio of residential & commercial properties within Spitalfields East London. The properties were multi-let with pricing reflecting circa £14m. 

Lewis & Partners acted jointly with GVA for Tellon Capital on the forward funding of this £132M, mixed-use development which will provide a stunning, landmark scheme for the 12th century gatehouse to historic Southampton’s centre. Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets (LGIM Real Assets) are the funders who will own and operate the completed scheme.

The new Bargate Quarter will support the city’s growth by regenerating and reinvigorating the area and will shine a light on this part of the historic Town Walls through the creation of a new linear park. The development will provide 2,515 sqm of ground floor commercial space, along with 519 much needed new homes in this highly sustainable location, creating a scheme that is respectful of the past whilst also looking to the future. Tellon Capital anticipate the scheme being completed in late 2025.
