Lewis & Partners advised Marchmont on the off market purchase of Purfleet Industrial Park - an open storage site, from a private investor for £5.5m, reflecting 5% NIY.

Lewis & Partners acted on behalf of Abrdn PLC on the off market acquisition of the Viridor Waste Recycling Centre in Crayford, from a private investor. The property was single let to Viridor PLC with 11 years unexpired. The lot size was circa £11.5m,  reflecting 5.5% NIY.  Crayford MRF is one of the largest and most effficient materials recycling facilities in the UK and processes a large part  of the dry mixed recyclables from London and the South East. 

Lewis & Partners sold Chertsey Industrial Open Storage Site to a private equity fund. This complex sale necessitated working closely with both planning and environmental experts, through the process. The asset was sold with the benefit of vacant possession, reflecting pricing of £5m. 

Lewis & Partners were instructed to market a unique power station investment which benefitted from long & secure income to MVV, with RPI uplifts. The property was sold by CEG to a UK institutional fund, with pricing reflecting circa £7.5m and 4.00% NIY. 

Lewis & Partners acted on the off-market sale of Gatehouse Way Industrial Estate, on behalf of a private investor, which was acquired by Paloma Capital. The property was multi-let, benefitting from a low site cover, with pricing reflecting circa £7m and 6% NIY.
