Lewis & Partners acted on behalf of Abrdn PLC on the off market acquisition of the Viridor Waste Recycling Centre in Crayford, from a private investor. The property was single let to Viridor PLC with 11 years unexpired. The lot size was circa £11.5m,  reflecting 5.5% NIY.  Crayford MRF is one of the largest and most effficient materials recycling facilities in the UK and processes a large part  of the dry mixed recyclables from London and the South East.
