Following an extensive marketing campaign, Lewis & Partners recently concluded in the sale of units 18-39 Sedling Road, Wear industrial Estate, Washington Tyne & Wear, a multi-let industrial investment.

Pricing reflected circa £3m. The purchaser was a private investor.
