Lewis & Partners, jointly with Colliers, recently advised a private client on the sale of Morrisons, Durham Road, Birtley, Gateshead to an overseas private investor, at a price of circa £15m.

The property was let to WM Morrison Supermarkets Limited for a term of 20 years from 31st March 2025 at a rent of circa £1.1m.
