Lewis & Partners were delighted to be involved in the sale of Lion & Lamb Yard, Farnham which was anchored by Waitrose Supermarket and included a variety of other retail and leisure units, in the heart of Farnham town centre. The property was purchased by Jamestown acting on behalf of a European investor in the region of £27.75m and a 7% initial yield.
