Lewis & Partners were delighted to be involved in the sale of The Potteries Shopping Centre, Stoke on Trent on behalf of XPE Group Plc, an extensive town centre site extending to 20 acres, comprising 644,862 sq ft GIA. It was acquired by Belgate Estates with a view to take advantage of the significant asset management opportunities that the centre offered.
