Lewis & Partners acknowledges the significance of the Living sector in recent times. Organically shifting our focus into this area has proved to be a crucial aspect of our evolution and is now an integral part of being able to provide a full advisory service for all of our clients.

Student

Lewis & Partners have been extremely active within the student sector of the Living market, mainly in connecting private investors with institutional investors. Our work straddles standing investments plus commercial assets which have potential for student conversion. We support our clients step-by-step through the initial underwrite stage, through to appraisal, planning and eventually the sales process. Residential

Lewis & Partner have advised on residential schemes which incorporate the dynamic sub-sectors of the Living market including Build to Rent (BTR) and affordable housing. See recent transactions

Co Living

Whilst still in its infancy as a sub sector of the Living market, Lewis & Partners have been very active in the Co-Living domain. From initiating the joint venture arrangement which became SoCo, the specifically London focused co-living venture, where we have acted on three of their acquisitions, as well as representing a range of developers who have acquired sites with co-living potential and are working on underwriting their exit strategy, often to institutional investors.
